Augusta GA Real Estate Market – July Market Statistics
July Market numbers were just published by the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors MLS. I wanted to share a few of these numbers with you. I’ve plotted the absorption rate, the average days on market, and the average sales price to show you the trends since January 2005.
Remember with the absorption rate chart that anything about 6 month supply is considered a buyers market, and anything below 6 month supply is considered a sellers market. The absorption rate tells us how long it will take for all teh currently listed homes to sell at the current rate of sale.
