Chamblin Ridge
I want to talk to you today about Chamblin Ridge. Located on Chamblin Road just down the street from Patriots Park, this may be the perfect neighborhood for you if you have a growing family. Kingsbury Custom Homes, Keystone Homes, and Medallion Builders have built some beautiful 3 to 5 bedroom homes in this new home community, ranging in size from approximately 1475 to 3600 heated square feet. This is a very small neighborhood, having only 103 homesites with no thru traffic. Construction started in 2005. Most homes are single level ranch style featuring brick on the front and vinyl on the remaining 3 sides OR vinyl with stone accents on the front. The Columbia County Schools which service Chamblin Ridge are Euchee Creek Elementary, Columbia Middle, and the new Grovetown High School.
