Shepeard Community Blood Center’s newest location has been open in Evans GA for about 6 weeks now, and the results have been amazing! I hear that donations have increased tremendously. In spite of the improvement, they always need additional donors to come in and donate either blood or platelets. Remember, each donation can save 3 local lives! Another important point to remember is that Shepeard is the sole provider for several local hospitals.
The SCBC Evans location on Washington Rd. (in the old Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Co. building) is open 7 days a week for the utmost in convenience! The facility is extremely nice. Center hours are as follows:
