Double B Plant Farm in Grovetown, GA has always been one of my secret favorites. I say “secret” because it’s off the beaten path, and perhaps not as well-known as some of the other nurseries in town. If you’re looking for trees for your yard, this is definitely the place to go. They also have azaleas, knock out roses, hostas, blackberries, nandina, and other flowers and shrubbery.
My kids always love to tag along because, most importantly to them, they have a pond with geese and ducks, rabbits, and roosters.

Where is this??? I live in Martinez and I’ve never heard of this place…would love to check it out.
I drive this place twice a day (my daughter’s daycare is a block down the road) and have always been tempted to check it out. Thanks for writing about it!

If you’ll take Belair Rd. across I-20, it turns into Jimmy Dyess Pkwy. Take a right onto Wrightsboro Rd. and go a couple of miles. The nursery will be on your left. Enjoy!
