The Cotton Patch in Augusta GA

The Cotton Patch in Augusta

I spent some time yesterday in downtown Augusta and enjoyed lunch with my husband at the Cotton Patch. Even if you’re not in the downtown area, it’s worth the short drive from North Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, or Martinez to check it out.

I noticed they’ve added several new menu items since the last time I ate here. I’m a sucker for fried shrimp, and theirs are really good. My husband enjoyed the BLT with fried green tomato. I snitched one of the tomato slices off his sandwich and it was delish. Next time I’m planning on ordering the fried green tomato appetizer :)

I snapped a few shots of their menu so you could check out offerings and prices. The only thing I didn’t get a shot of was the dessert menu. We were so full from lunch that it didn’t cross my mind :)

The Cotton Patch is located at 816 Cotton Lane. This is just off of Reynolds Street in downtown Augusta, and adjacent to the fountain plaza where the Saturday Market is held each week.

Get out and enjoy!
