Because of the span of time involved, there is a slight discrepancy between the older homes and the new construction.
So how has Windmill Plantation fared over the last year?

- If the market remains stable, that means there is a 31 month supply of homes in this neighborhood (less than 6 is a Seller’s market, greater than 6 is a Buyer’s market)

- Current prices range from $209,000 to $389,900
Keep in mind that even though it may be a Buyer’s Market, many Sellers are already priced at their break even point or lower and can’t afford to reduce their sales price any more. If they must sell, they’ll either have to work out a short sale with their bank or risk going into foreclosure.
